Cannot connect: Error 2/89

Error 2/89 usually occurs if you use a proxy server while accessing our software. You can resolve this by disabling the proxy settings as shown in the steps below:

  1. Press the 'Win' + 'R' keys together, then type 'inetcpl.cpl' and press 'OK'.
  2. Choose the 'Connections' tab.
  3. Select 'LAN Settings'.
  4. Uncheck 'Use a proxy for your LAN...'.
