Password not received

If the password reset link has not arrived in your registered email address's inbox, please check your Junk/Spam folder, it may have been redirected there.

To prevent this issue from reoccurring, adjust your email account's filter settings, or add the email address our emails are coming from to your address book or contact list.

If you are not able to find the email in any of your mailbox folders, you can try using a different email account, e.g. Gmail, Yahoo, etc.

To change your email address, follow the steps below for the platform you are using.

Website

Log in, select 'Account', then:

Passwords

Desktop

Start our software and log in, then from the lobby go to:

Settings → Account Details → Email

Mobile

To change your email address on our mobile app, go to:

Account → Personal Details → Email Address
