Modification of orders placed in the Rewards Store

As long as your order status is New, you can go ahead and cancel it through the Rewards Store in our desktop software.

If you want to correct an order, simply cancel it first and then enter a new one, with your changes.

When you place a new order, we send you the complete details in an order confirmation email. So, make sure to review this email carefully.

You'll then have two to three hours to correct the order by canceling it and placing a new one. You won't be able to make a cancelation after this delay as we'll be processing your order.
