Time frame for order processing in the Rewards Store

Did you enter the wrong delivery address? Or select the wrong size? Maybe you've just changed your mind completely.

Whatever the reason, we normally wait two to three hours before processing an order so you have some extra time to change its details if necessary.

To correct an order, cancel it first and then enter a new one with your changes.

Time frames for order processing depend on the item and on the day you place your order. We process some of our items, such as Security Tokens, on a weekly basis.

If you order over the weekend, we'll take care of it the following Monday or Tuesday.
