Claiming shipping fees back for orders placed in the Rewards Store

The StarsCoin price includes shipping fees and taxes. In other words, you won't have to pay any extra charges, once you place your order.

In rare cases, you may need to pay duties and taxes to the relevant authorities. These fees depend on your country of residence and are out of our hands. You may also need to provide certain documentation before collecting your order.

Important! You are fully responsible for paying any fees and/or providing any documentation which may be required.

These requirements are imposed by the authorities in your country, and not by us. In most cases, we aren't even aware of any possible charges (unless our customers let us know about these fees). If you don't follow these requirements, we won't be able to reimburse StarsCoin to your account.

We're more than happy to refund any import duties and taxes covered on delivery. To claim the costs back, get in touch and send us the following documents:

  • A copy of the commercial invoice included in the parcel.
  • The paid receipt (showing the amount).
  • Proof that the delivery was from us (Pick Note).
